Genotype by Environment Interaction and Yield Stability in Bread Wheat Cultivars under Rainfed Conditions

The concept of stability is important for the selection crop Cultivars and in breeding programs. aim this work was to evaluate productivity some bread wheat cultivars under rainfed conditions different locations NWCZ Egypt. Results current study showed that studied performed differently environment and. AMMI analysis revealed responsible most yields variation also AMMI2 bi-plot East Barrani first season favorable all cultivars, Sakha 94 superior cultivar environment. According Eberhart Russel stable followed by Misr 1 93 considered as high yielding genotypes both moderate severe drought conditions.Keywords: Environment Interaction, Genotype, Rainfed Conditions, Wheat, Yield Stability
